Accuracy & Timing

Attention to detail is paramount in writing a winning proposal.

Other than pricing, most bid losses stem from submitting a proposal that is noncompliant, contains errors, or misses the deadline.

Don’t make these avoidable mistakes and become excluded from the competition. We ensure your bid proposal is accurate and work with you through every step of the process.

FAQ's

What is my first step for response in the request for proposal (RFP) process?
Your first step in the RFP response process is a ‘Go – No Go’ decision. Can you meet the requirements of the bid?
If after a short review you cannot easily meet the requirements, the decision should be ‘No Go.’ If you can meet the requirements, we can begin a more thorough review of the bid package to start putting together the scope of work and timeline.
How much does it cost to have my proposal reviewed and written?
Proposals can vary from 1 to 150 pages depending on the request and the agency. We’ll help you take a look at the request for proposal (RFP) to make an initial high-level, ‘Go – No Go’ decision, but we’ll have to give you a quote depending on the length and complexity of the bid package.
Our proposal writing services are typically in the $1,500 range for a standard bid. We may also consider a success fee to help lower your upfront cost for larger proposals.
How does the proposal writing process work?
We want to ensure you put your best foot forward. We work with you on a review process to determine if you can meet the requirements and does the potential pricing structure make sense for your business.
We do a full proposal analysis and begin data collection and documentation preparation. Prior to submission, we do a full compliance check and review. Once submitted, we work with you on any responses or clarifications as needed.
Am I guaranteed to win a contract by using your services?
No, there is no guarantee in government contracting. Factors such as competition, pricing, past performance history and other factors come into play in the selection process.
We can assure you will have a professionally prepared bid proposal submission that is complete and compliant to give you the best chance to win the award.
What is the company's role in this proposal process?
The bid proposal process is a ‘partnership’ to complete the documentation and details of the bid. We need the company to provide documents and information on a timely basis so we can incorporate these into the submission.
It is a back-and-forth exchange of information and intellectual know-how to complete the proposal. For example, we don’t know how you do what you do. You are the expert, and we need to work together to translate that into a winning proposal.
